Find lowest recommended cooking time, t, on package.
Let f(t) = ⌊(t-4)/2⌋
Place pasta, water, and salt in pot.
Pressure Cook High f(t) mins.
Natural Release 5 mins.
Manual Release remaining pressure.
Remove lid and stir about 25 times.
Return lid (no need to lock) and let pasta sit 5-10 mins.
